Discovered it while we were driving, we haven’t tried deer meat before. The lady there went us through the different products and how to choose from. They were very friendly and welcoming :) I haven’t tasted it yet but it was a happy experience for me :)

Cold dry chips, paid for chicken schnitzel burger then advised straight after paying for it they had no chicken and was offered cold chicken meat, not good enough, we will not be back.

Over charged us by $100 and we live a 40min drive away so cant really go back for a refund. Never go back there again.

What an asset for the local community. It is rare to be able to visit a shop that does so little food miles, you can see the deer in the pastures around! Still licking our lips after the exquisite lasagne and tortellini. The venison and buffalo chorizo exceptional,Oyster blade steak melt in the mouth! Picked up many other cured meats and healthy dog treats . Friendly staff , always happy to help and have the good old chat:-) How thoughtful ,they even stock fresh locally baked sourdough loaves and free range eggs. Happy days will be back soon for more, thanks again for your hard work, best wishes and regards !

Little hidden gem. Kiosk Cafe next to the water. Low-key Cafe, not fancy but perfect for some great food to hit the spot and very friendly service. Iced coffee and brekky wrap really hit the spot!

Slices and muffins- you expect half and half right? Don’t!You get 17 half slices of slice and 8 1/2 muffins. $100! The lemon slice was clearly made yesterday and is rocky road really a slice???The people are nice and told me I should have specified that I wanted slices!As it was for a high tea, I ended up freezing the muffins in the hope that the kids might eat them when they go back to school and buying slices
